Spinach, Tomato, Hummus !!! Mmmm If you are like me, You love Hummus. I try to incorporate Hummus into everything I eat. Ofcourse, this is not successful everytime...Yucky, oatmeal and hummus not a good combination. Although, I do love them separately. Health Benefits of Hummus: High in Fiber and Protein, Folic acid *reference Spinach, Tomato, and Hummus on Five Grain Sourdough Bread Ingredients: 1/2 cup of sliced Organic Tomatoes 1/2 cup of Organic Baby Spinach 2 Tbsp of Organic Hummus Sprinkle of Sea Salt Toast the Sour Dough bread slice, after removing bread from the toaster spread hummus onto bread slice, then top it off with the baby spinach and tomatoes...Sprinkle sea salt to add a little bit more flavor. |
*This is a Vegan Meal...and it keeps you full for several hours..
