3 Carrots Stalks, fully peeled 1/2 cup of minced Onions 1/2 tbsp of Coconut Oil 2 tsp of lemon juice
Pour Coconut oil in medium heat pan, allow the onions to sauté till desired color, Then add peeled Carrots, Cook for about 7 mins or till desired tenderness.

Remove from heat, place yummy meal into a bowl and sprinkle the lemon juice over it. Then, if desired top it off with avocado slices.
