One of my favorite meals!! Avocado with sauteed Onions and Red Bell Peppers
This meal is quick and easy!!
1 Hass Avocado
1 Sweet Onion, sliced
1/2 of Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 tbsp of Coconut oil
First heat up the cast iron and add 1 tbsp of Coconut oil to line the pan
Once cast iron is preheated, add the sliced sweet onions to cook first...
I like my onions to brown a little before the bell peppers make their entrance.
But your preference. Add red bell peppers to cook with the onions.
Once the onions and peppers are to your liking, remove from heat.
Begin to slice and remove the avocado from its skin and place into a pretty plate!
Top it off with the tastefully sauteed onions and bell peppers!
